Credit Card Authorization

By enrolling in Apogee OSSG programs, I authorize Apogee OSSG Center to charge my credit card on file for the following purposes:

• Monthly Tuition:

  Charged on or around the 21st of each month (for the upcoming month).

Discounts

We are proud to offer the following discounts to our families:

• Sibling Discounts:

  • 1st sibling: 10% off

  • 2nd sibling: 20% off

  • Up to a maximum of 50% off

• Local Heroes Discount:

  10% off for Law Enforcement, Fire, Rescue, and Military families (thank you for your service!).

Please see the front desk for details on which discounts may be combined.

Photos & Videos

Apogee OSSG occasionally takes photos and videos of participants for marketing purposes, including brochures, flyers, TV ads, and social media. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please inform the front desk**.**
